You can enter the apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
At Sandvig Søpark, there is an information board (outside apartment 10) where we inform you about which holiday apartment you can move into. The holiday apartment will be unlocked when you arrive (but not before 3:00 PM), and the key to the apartment will be on the dining table inside.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact Vera Woer via phone 20 32 11 79 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must leave tha accommodation no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team via phone 20 32 11 79 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
Upon departure, we ask you to lock the apartment and hand in the key in the mailbox next to the information sign (where you were informed about which apartment you were going to stay in).
The environmental station, which belongs to Sandvig Søpark, is located at the car park.
Note: It is not allowed to use the green containers that are located at the neighbouring houses opposite Sandvig Søpark.
You can borrow bicycles free of charge, which can be found in the basement under apartment 1. The basement door is usually unlocked, but your apartment key will fit if it's locked.
Remember to lock the bike when you leave it and note any defects on the repair note in the bike room. Put the bike back in the basement after use – it must not be taken into or placed in front of the holiday apartments.
You are allowed to grill on the terrace of the holiday apartment, but be considerate of other guests and remember to clean the grill.
In some of Sandvig Søpark's holiday apartments, it is allowed to bring dogs.
If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed to stay on furniture or in beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.
You have the opportunity to shop in Netto and SuperBrugsen in Allinge (about 2.5 kilometers from the apartment). Netto is open every day of the week from 07:00–22:00. SuperBrugsen is open every day of the week from 08.00-18.00, in weeks 26-33 until 22.00.
There is free Wi-Fi in all accommodations in Sandvig Søpark. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.

You can use our washing machine and dryer free of charge, which is located in the basement. The entrance to the basement is under apartment 1.
