How to get to Bornholm

It's possible to travel to Bornholm from both Sweden and Germany and there are several different ways to get to the island.

We recommend you take Bornholmslinjen that sails between Ystad in Sweden and Rønne as well as Sassnitz in Germany and Rønne. The ferry has several daily departues both ways, so you can always find an outward and return journey that fit into your holiday plans.

You can take the car or a bus to Ystad. Kombardo Expressen is a bus that departs from DGI-byen by Copenhagen Central Station and goes straight to the ferry terminal in Ystad or drives onboard the ferry.
