You can enter the accommodation from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Key collection takes place at the reception. If you arrive outside reception opening hours, a welcome note with your name will be placed in the key cabinet, located on the right side of the reception door (in the entrance area) – but not before 3:00 PM. Inside the envelope, you will find your key and information about which holiday accommodation you can move into.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 56 48 54 44 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must depart from the accommodation no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, please let the reception know the day before, as it will help us plan the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
You hand in your key at the reception or in the mailbox by the reception.
An environmental station for waste can be found at the large parking lot by the center building.
The holiday homes are owned by individual private individuals, where some have a grill for their holiday home, while other owners do not have a grill. You are very welcome to use the grill on the terrace of the holiday home, but we ask you to show consideration for other guests. Please note that you must clean the grill yourself after use.
In selected holiday apartments, it is allowed to bring a dog.
If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed to stay on furniture or in beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.
Dagli ́ Brugsen in Gudhjem is just about 100 metres from Gudhjem Feriepark.
Opening hours: 8.00-18.00 every day of the week.
In the period 1 July – 1 September, the opening hours are 08.00-20.00 every day of the week
Free Wi-Fi is available in all holiday homes at Gudhjem Feriepark. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.
Network: Log-in information is located in the holiday home
There are two electric charging stations (type 2). Cards with 30, 55 or 100 kWh can be purchased in the reception.
Parking must take place in the specified parking areas in front of the centre building or on the road by the rows of houses. Parking in other areas is unfortunately not allowed.
Reception opening hours vary throughout the season. During high season, the reception will be open from 9 am to 12 noon and again from 1 pm to 6 pm. See the opening hours on the entrance door to the reception. You can always contact the reception at 56 48 54 44. As a guest at Gudhjem Feriepark, you can use the swimming pool free of charge from 08:00 to 20:00. The pool is open from June 1st to August 31st.
The swimming pool may only be used wearing swimwear, and we ask that you thoroughly wash your body before use. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the pool for the rest of your stay. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk and children under the age of 18 may only use the swimming pool under adult supervision.
You will find a coin-operated laundry in the Center Building. Open all year round and available around the clock. In winter, however, the door is locked, note that your apartment key fits the door. Bring your own detergent or it can also be bought in the reception. Washer and dryer can only be used by bringing cash = coins.
