You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival

On the lower floor is a clothing store that has an entrance from Svaneke Torv. The apartment in Torvehyttan is located on the 1st floor. The holiday apartment has an entrance from the side of the building, through the open gate that is located opposite Svaneke Købmandshandel in Søllingsgaard.
When you arrive at Torvehyttan, you will find a key box by the entrance door. You will receive the code for the key box via email no later than 1 day before your arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must leave the accommodation no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team via phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Wash up and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
When you leave, we ask you to put the key back in the key box. The cleaning staff will arrive immediately after your departure.

Baltic Sea Holiday Apartments are located in the middle of Svaneke, which is full of beautiful shops with specialties and local crafts. When you need to shop for groceries, you can do this in Dagli'Brugsen, just 240 meters from Baltic Sea Apartments.

Torvehyttan has free wireless internet that you are welcome to use. You can find the code for the internet on a note in your holiday home. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.
