You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival
Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
The latest departure time on the day of departure is at 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team on phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Wash up and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
We ask you to leave the key on the dining table and leave the front door unlocked. Then the cleaning staff can easily come in after you have left.
We ask you to leave waste bags in the recycling station, which is located in the black low building to the west.

In some of the apartments, dogs are allowed.
If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed to stay in furniture or beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also, please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.
Baltic Sea Holiday Apartments are located in the middle of Svaneke, which is full of beautiful shops with specialties and local crafts. When you need to shop for groceries, you can do this in Dagli'Brugsen, just 240 meters from Baltic Sea Apartments.

Svaneke Sawmill has wireless internet that you are welcome to use, and you can find the code for the internet on a note in your holiday home. The transmission power may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it will not entitle you to financial compensation.
