You can enter the apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact manager Vera Woer on phone +45 20 32 11 79 immediately after arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
The latest departure time on the day of departure is at 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify manager Vera Woer on phone +45 20 32 11 79 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Wash up and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
We ask you to return the key to Storløkke Feriepark (where you picked up your key).
The recycling station is located in the courtyard in front of the apartments (same side as the entrance door).
You have the opportunity to rent bicycles at Storløkke Feriepark, where you picked up the key to your holiday apartment. If possible, we ask you to call the reception at Storløkke +45 56 48 11 79 the day before you want to rent a bike.
Due to the risk of fire, it is unfortunately not allowed to barbecue on the apartments' terraces/balconies. However, you are always welcome to bring your own barbecue, as you can barbecue in the courtyard on Strandpromenaden.
You have the opportunity to shop at Netto and SuperBrugsen in Allinge (about 2.5 kilometers from the apartment). Netto is open every day of the week from 07:00–22:00. SuperBrugsen is open every day of the week from 08.00-18.00, in weeks 26-33 until 22.
Free Wi-Fi is available. The transmission power may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it will not entitle you to financial compensation.

If the parking spaces in front of Strandpromenaden are occupied, you have the opportunity to park at Sandvig Harbour (150 meters from your holiday apartment). Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to reserve parking spaces, as the parking spaces at Strandpromenaden are public.
There is a washing machine in the basement under the apartment (entrance from the courtyard).
