You can enter the apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
You can access your holiday home via a key in a key box at the accommodation. We will send you an email with information about the location and password of the key box no later than one day before your arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact Team Bornholm at 56 95 85 66 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However. regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
All the holiday homes at Strandløkken are owned by private individuals who use the holiday home when it is not being rented out. Many of the owners have their personal furniture in the holiday home. Therefore, please show consideration and take care of the furniture, just as we ask you not to move furniture, or terrace furniture between the holiday homes.
On your last day you must leave the accommodation no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify Team Bornholm the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
When you leave, we ask you to lock the holiday home and put the house key back in the key box.
The recycling station for waste can be found immediately after the storage room (the room next to house 4).
Free bicycles at Strandløkken can be found in the storage room at house 4. The key is in the lock. After use, the bike must be returned to the storage room with the key in the lock. The bikes are not allowed to be taken to your house. Bornholm's cycle paths start right in front of Strandløkken – turn left from the parking lot and then right after 25 meters into the forest.
If you have your own grill, you are welcome to grill on the terrace in front of your house or in the common area. We ask you to make sure that your barbecue does not cause unpleasant smoke for the other guests in Strandløkken.
In some of Strandløkken's holiday homes, it is allowed to bring dogs.
If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed to stay on furniture or in beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.
Coop 365, Søndergårds Allé 2, is located just about 800 meters from Strandløkken. The opening hours are 8.00-21.00 every day of the week. Within a circumference of approximately 2,000 meters from Strandløkken, you will also find Kvickly on Nordre Kystvej 28, Netto in Vibegårds Runddel, Rema on Åkirkebyvej 49 and Lidl on Zahrtmannsvej 98.
All apartments have free Wi-Fi with their own network name and code. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.

Parking must take place in the specified parking areas. Charging stations for electric cars can be found at the entrance to the parking lot.
Note: You are not allowed to park at the holiday homes. All parking must be in the parking lot below the mini golf course.
You can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge, which you will find in the storage room (the room next to house 4).
