You can enter the apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Key collection takes place at the reception at the neighboring location Klintely, a 2-minute walk from Sanskås Seaview. Upon arrival, there will be a welcome note at the reception desk with your name on it (but not before 15:00). Inside the envelope, you'll find your key along with information about which holiday home you can move into.
Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the reception immediately after your arrival so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
If the reception is closed on your arrival, you can call 20 32 11 79 if you think it is necessary to contact us before the reception reopens.
The latest departure time on the day of departure is at 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are also very welcome to inform the reception the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Wash up and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
You must hand in the key at the reception or in the mailbox at the reception.
You will find an environmental station for waste at the top of the car park. Others can also be used.
Bicycles can be rented at reception. We ask you to call Vera 20 32 11 79 or 56 48 11 79 the day before you want to rent a bike.
You are very welcome to barbecue on the holiday home's terrace, but show consideration for other guests and remember to clean the grill after use.
In selected holiday homes, dogs are allowed.
If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed to stay in furniture or beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also, please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.
It is 2 km. to Allinge City, here you can shop at Super Brugsen and Netto. In Tejn you can shop at Dagli'Brugsen

Free Wi-Fi is available in all units at Sandkås Seaview. The transmission power may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it will not entitle you to financial compensation.
