You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team at 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must leave the acommodation no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team via phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
When you leave, we ask you to lock the holiday apartment and return the key to the key box .

There are good shopping opportunities in Nexø, here you will find Lidl, Coop 365, Kvickly and Netto within walking distance of Nexø Havnefront

Parking in the courtyard is reserved for the property's permanent residents. It is possible to park by the harbor without a time limit.
You can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge, which are located in the basement of Nexø Havnefront. Your key to the apartment also fits in the basement room.
