You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Address: Munken Holiday Apartments are located on the corner of the streets "Munken" and "Storegade". Therefore, the holiday apartments have two addresses:
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must leave the accommodation no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team via phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
We ask you to leave the key on the dining table and leave the front door unlocked. Then the cleaning staff can easily come in after you have left.

The holiday apartments at Munken are owned by individual private individuals, where some have a grill for their holiday apartment, while other owners do not have a grill. Remember to be considerate of the neighbours when grilling. Please note that you must clean the grill yourself after use.
Svaneke is full of beautiful shops with specialties and local crafts. When you need to shop for groceries, you can do this in Dagli'Brugsen.

Munken has free wireless internet that you are welcome to use. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it will not entitle you to financial compensation.
