You can enter the accommodation from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
You can access your holiday home using a key in a key box located at the property. We’ll send you an email with the key box location and access code at least one day before your arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must depart from the apartment no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team on phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
When you leave, we ask you to lock the holiday apartment and put the key back in the key box.
You will find an environmental station for waste at the car park. (See sign on the door)
We refer to Gudhjem Feriepark, Lille Jernkaasvej 1, 3760 Gudhjem, which is located 600 m from Casa Blanca.
You are very welcome to use the grill - but we ask you to be considerate of your neighbours, as well as close the door to the holiday apartment so that smoke does not get into the apartment. After using the grill, we ask you to clean the grill so that it is ready for it's next use.
Spar grocery store is about 100 meters from the holiday apartment and Dagli ́Brugsen in Gudhjem is just 600 meters from Casa Blanca.
Opening hours: Every day of the week from 08:00 to 18:00 (all year)
Free Wi-Fi is available at Casa Blanca. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.
There are parking spaces in front of the building as well as at the church and along Lillevang.
