You can enter the accommodation from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
You can access your holiday home using a key in a key box located at the property. We’ll send you an email with the key box location and access code at least one day before your arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must depart from the apartment no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team on phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
We ask you to put the key back in the key box.
You will find the house's waste container by going out of the Byfogedhuset's front door, go left, then through the secong black gate on the left. Here are 3 waste containers, the innermost one can be used by Byfogedhuset's guests.
You have the opportunity to rent bicycles at Svaneke Vandrerhjem, Reberbanevej 9, Svaneke, phone +45 56 49 62 42.
The garden and the grill are for free use. Please remember to clean the grill after using it, so that it is ready for the next time it is needed. Please note that your neighboring apartments also have access to the shared part of the garden.
Byfogedhuset is located in Svaneke, which has plenty of beautiful shops with specialties and local crafts. When you need to shop for groceries, you can do this in Dagli'Brugsen.

Byfogedhuset has wireless internet that you are welcome to use. You can find the code for the internet on a note in your holiday home. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.
