You can enter the accommodation from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must depart from the apartment no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team on phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Wash the dishes
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
We ask you to leave the key on the dining table in the apartment and leave the front door unlocked. So that the cleaning staff may enter easily after you have left.
We ask you to put waste in the waste container. The waste container is located in the black building in front of Bryggergården (perpendicular to/to the right of Bryggergården when you are facing Bryggergården).
You have the opportunity to rent bicycles at Svaneke Vandrerhjem, Reberbanevej 9, Svaneke, phone +45 56 49 62 42.
In selected holiday apartments, it is allowed to bring dogs.
If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.
You have the opportunity to do your daily shopping and pick up breakfast at Dagli'Brugsen Svaneke.
