Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must depart from the apartment no later than 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team on phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
When you leave, we ask you to lock the holiday apartment and put the key in the mailbox that sits on the side of the building.
The recycling station for waste can be found in the shed next to the garage building to the west.
You have the opportunity to rent bikes at Boss Cykler, Kannikegårdsvej 10, 3730 Nexø, phone +45 56 49 44 74.
There is a grill for all holiday apartments that you can use freely - but we ask you to be considerate of your neighbours, as well as close the door to the holiday apartment so that smoke does not get into the apartment. After using the grill, we ask you to clean the grill so that it is ready for it's next use.
There are good opportunities for groceries in the area. The nearest shop (about 2 kilometers) is Dagli' Brugsen in Snogebæk. If you are on a bike, you have the opportunity to ride on a bike path. In Nexø (about 3 kilometers) you will find Lidl, Coop 365, Kvickly and Netto – there is a bike path via the forest all the way to Nexø.

Note that the internet is primarily for reading emails and checking websites. We therefore kindly ask you not to play games via the internet and download movies and other heavy files. Although Balka Ferielejligheder has strong signal strength, the speed will be slowed if several apartments use the network simultaneously for heavy files.
