You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
The address for the holiday apartment is Torvet 8, 3740 Svaneke.
The apartment has an entrance from the side of the building. You enter via the green gate opposite Brugsen in Nansensgade. Once you have entered through the green gate, go up the stairs - and enter through the door on the left. The door to the apartment will be unlocked and the key will be on the dining table.
Should you unexpectedly find that there are defects on furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management team on 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. However, regardless of when you contact us we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
On your last day you must depart from the apartment no later than at 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team via phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning.
Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Take bedding off duvets and pillows and put it in a pile on the floor
• Empty the fridge
• Run and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers in the yard
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator)
We ask you to leave the key on the dining table in the apartment and leave the front door unlocked. So that the cleaning staff may enter easily after you have left.
You can sort your waste in the waste containers in the right corner of the car park (by the red wall).

Bageriet has wireless internet that you are welcome to use. You can find the code for the internet on a note in your holiday home. Signal strength may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it does not entitle you to financial compensation.
About 100 meters from Bageriet you will find the playground in Svaneke. Walk 100 meters north along Postgade, the playground will be on the left side at the intersection of "Madvigsgade" and "Storegade.
