1. PRICES
The prices in the price list are stated in Danish kroner, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to make changes due to price and exchange rate changes beyond our control after this date.

2. WHEN IS MY BOOKING BINDING?
The booking/purchase is binding on you as soon as it is confirmed verbally or in writing by the seller. These terms and conditions apply from that moment, regardless of whether you have paid in full or in part for the event, or not at all. 

3. PAYMENT
The costs for package tours and stays through the platform sogk.bookbornholm.com are handled by the organiser of Sol over Gudhjem. The guest who books on sogk.bookbornholm.com or receives help with the booking on the same platform is thus not liable for payment.
The form of payment on the platform is an invoice, which is not sent to the guest, but is handled by the organiser of Sol over Gudhjem.

4. DOCUMENTS AND TICKETS
After finalising your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email contains important information, and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the confirmation to ensure that it corresponds to what you have booked. In the event of any errors, please contact Book Bornholm.
The ferry ticket in the booking confirmation is an 8-digit reservation number that must be entered at check-in in Ystad and Rønne.

5. CANCELLATION
What are the costs and conditions for changing/cancelling my booking?
Stays and accommodation in package holidays can be changed up to 30 days before arrival. Ferry tickets in package holidays can be changed up to departure according to the applicable ticket terms and conditions. Any change fees or price difference will be paid by the organiser of Sol over Gudhjem.

Low price

  • Non-refundable.
  • Can be changed one month before the original departure.
  • Can be changed up to departure for a fee plus any price difference.
  • Change fee: Vehicle: DKK 50 - Pedestrian: DKK 25

Flex

  • Non-refundable.
  • Can be changed one month before the original departure.
  • Can be changed up to departure without charge plus any price difference.
  • Change fee: 0 DKK

Standard

  • Refundable for a fee.
  • Can be changed 3 months before the original departure.
  • Can be changed to another standard ticket up to departure with no fee plus any price difference.
  • Change fee: 0 DKK
  • Refund fee: 20% but at least 100 DKK.

Package price

  • Conditions as Standard, but with the following limitations:
  • Refundable for a fee, subject to the following rules:
  • Booked 28+ days prior to departure: May be cancelled up to 25 days prior to departure.
  • Booked 27-6 days before departure: Can be cancelled within 5 days of booking.
  • Booked 5 days before departure: Can be cancelled within 1 day of booking.
  • Can be changed free of charge to a new date +/- 3 days from the original departure.
  • Change fee: 0 DKK
  • Refund fee: 20% but at least 100 DKK.

PRIVACY POLICY
By Nordiq ApS processes personal data that you provide to us. Personal data that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone number. We may also process information registered in connection with a booking, such as age. You submit the personal data yourself in connection with the booking, account creation or other services online or by phone.
