Hotel Siemsens Gaard

Hotel | Hotel Siemsens Gaard is located directly on Svaneke Harbour and is therefore - in our view - one of the absolutely best located hotels on Bornholm. From the hotel, you have only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the harbour's bathing ladder and the town square with several restaurants and shops full of local crafts and delicacies.

Please note that Hotel Siemsens Gaard does not offer breakfast or daily cleaning for stays during the winter months.

Hotel Siemsens Gaard is an old merchant's house from the 17th century and has functioned as a hotel since the 1930s. The hotel therefor exudes local history both inside and out.

The rooms are distributed in the main building as well as in one of the extentions. The rooms are decorated in bright colours, and in all rooms you can pamper yourself with organic products from Danish Meraki. All rooms have free WiFi and are non-smoking.

The hotel offers single and double rooms as well as holiday apartments with space for 2-6 people. Some of the rooms have a view of the sea or the garden, while the holiday apartments have their own kitchen and access to their own terrace.

Every morning a delicious breakfast buffet is served in the hotel's own restaurant, Restaurant Njörðr. You are also welcome to visit the restaurant for lunch or dinner and enjoy your food on the hotel's terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the harbour and The Baltic Sea.

The hotel's courtyard is filled with experiences for all senses. Go exploring and smell the herbs in the herb beds and the many roses in the rose garden. In the garden behind the main building, you can play petanque or relax in the shade of the large, old trees.
