Here you can look forward to a weekend full of pampering and new taste experiences. Restaurant Melsted Badehotel welcomes you in its fantastic premises, while chefs Daniel and Troels serve some of the absolute best they can offer.

The gourmet weekend includes:

Melsted Badehotel is situated just south of Gudhjem and is surrounded by some of what characterizes Bornholm's nature the most: raw cliff formations and beautiful sandy beaches.

The chefs, Daniel Kruse and Troels Madsen, took over the management of Restaurant Melsted Badehotel in the beginning of 2023. The restaurant has since then received incredibly good reviews and mentions e.g. by the Nordic dining guide, White Guide, and the Danish food magazine, Gastro.
